I am looking to install a 36′x48′ or 42′x48′ building on a five acre developed property for a game room/area. I was wondering if this is a good price. I noted wiring, outlets, insulation is not included. I would like to know if the price of pouring the concrete is reasonable (00-00). The property is 1hr and 45 min outside of Dallas there is a small home with plumbing and electric.

yes the concrete price sounds fair, the high end is about $4.70 sq ft.I love pole barns as they are a movable structure.Just for grins check the price on having something stick built on the slab.By this I mean just framing, roof,a siding and you finish.
Either way with the storms you get there it may not stay in one place.I would love to see the comparison price.
Good luck
