This is a link to the kit I am trying to sell.
http://www.us-buildings.com/arch/a-model-metal-building.htm
A key description at the site is "backyard shop"
I would download a lot of the key information and then get my Yellow Pages and look for small garages, machine shops, etc and work them
I would do a drive-by first to do a quick study
I would want to note such things as "has the shop outgrown itself?"
I would then go up, ask for the owner and brag on the amount of business, etc, gradually working in my product
See, the key is "benefitizing"–that is, how can I benefit YOU, not me
For example, as you study a shop, do you see how your product would benefit the owner?
Who can you "benefit"
Next, know inside how low you will go in price
Are you willing to take a loss?
